This time of year, pumpkin spice is pretty much everywhere, adding a bit of fall to everyone’s favorite foods. And there’s good reason for that- it’s the perfect burst of flavor for everything from lattes to delicious donuts.
I’m all about easy recipes, and these Pumpkin Spice Air Fryer Donuts are where it’s at! With just three ingredients, a few minutes and an air fryer, you’ll have homemade donuts- no oven needed.
Why Make Air Fryer Donuts from Grands Biscuits?
Biscuit dough is the perfect shortcut for making air fryer biscuit donuts! It comes premixed so you don’t need to get out a large bowl to mix everything in, and with a simple flick of a biscuit cutter you have the perfect donut shape. Grands Biscuits are easy to find at the store and turn into delightfully fluffy donuts.

How to Make the Best Air Fryer Donuts
It couldn’t be easier to make golden brown Pumpkin Spice Donuts in the air fryer! Here are some tips to help you bake up the best donuts every time:
Use a small biscuit cutter or cookie cutter or a large piping tip to cut a hole in the center. Don’t forget that you can take those donut holes and use this air fryer donut recipe to turn them into Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes!
Make sure you’re only layering the biscuit donuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket so they don’t all stick together and so the donuts all get heated the proper amount.
Brush the donuts with melted butter before baking so they crisp up nice in the air fryer- then brush them with more melted butter at the end to adhere the coating. {I never claimed this was a healthy recipe!}
These donuts are best served immediately, but I still recommend getting out the wire rack and putting it over some parchment paper or a cutting board just to keep from making too big of a mess. The spice mixture and the melted butter can be messy if you don’t give the donuts a minute or two for the flavor mixture to adhere properly.
To store extra donuts, keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. But the sooner you eat them, the better!
Why Make 3 Ingredient Air Fryer Donuts?
Making this recipe means all you need are a can of biscuits, a sugar and spice mixture, and some butter.
You don’t have to get out multiple mixing bowls, tons of ingredients, or hot oil- just follow these few easy steps and you’ll have easy air fryer donuts in minutes!
Air frying your donuts also means you don’t need to fry them in oil, so even with the melted butter and sugar they’re still a better option than deep frying. It’s all about balance, right??
