This time of year, I can’t function without coffee. There’s always something happening and my to-do list is never ending, so that extra bit of love in a cup really helps get me through my day!
I am a huge fan of pumpkin spice lattes, but when you’re drinking coffee every day {and sometimes more than once a day}, it adds up quickly. When I’m rushing around I still go through the drive through sometimes, but when I have a moment I love to enjoy a hot cup at home using my own Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer!
This homemade coffee creamer takes just a few minutes to make and makes enough for quite a few cups {the exact amount will vary depending on how much you add to each cup of coffee}. I love it because it’s more cost-efficient- and SO good!
Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

1 Cup condensed milk
½ Cup cream
2 Tbsps maple syrup
2 Tbsps pumpkin puree

1 cinnamon stick
½ Tsp vanilla extract

1. Heat milk, cream, syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice in a small pot over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
2. Increase heat and whisk mixture while adding in cinnamon sticks.
3. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
4. Let the mixture cool, then add vanilla extract and a few sprinkles of cinnamon for a nice finish. Enjoy!
