A few Halloweens ago, we opted to stay in and have our own little Halloween party and it was SO much fun. While we’re back to trick or treating these days, I think a Halloween party leading up to the big day might be in our future!
One of the things that the kids loved at our party was the spooky drink I made for them. My kids don’t typically drink soda {no shade if yours do!} so that alone was a special treat- let alone a soda that was all decked out for Halloween!!
The good news is that these drinks are CRAZY easy to make- even the kids can help you whip them up. Keep reading to find out how to make them for your Halloween party!
Are these Halloween drinks kid-friendly?
Yes! Shirley Temples are always kid friendly and these are no exception. They’re fun and spooky but there’s nothing in them that kids can not partake in.
Are these like Vampire Mocktails?
If you have a vampire theme going on for your Halloween party, these mocktails {cocktails without the alcohol} would be a great additional to the theme. But even if you want to keep it a little more vague, blood is always nice and spooky!
Can the Kids Help Make These?
Absolutely! These are so simple to make, with just a few ingredients. You might want to use shatter-proof glass if serving these to kids and especially if letting them help to make them. Other than that, this recipe definitely lends itself well to letting the kids join in!
