This recipe using Hershey’s Spreads Chocolate & giveaway is brought to you by Hershey’s. All opinions are my own.
Last week, I shared my new obsession with you: Hershey’s Spreads! Since I received my tasting kit, I’ve been busy sampling pairings like chocolate dipped pretzels & chocolate covered bananas {I live a hard life, you guys}. I’ll be sharing my favorite combinations here soon, but for now I wanted to share this Chocolate Peanut Clusters recipe that you have to try!
Hershey’s Spreads Chocolate Peanut Clusters
Ingredients & Supplies:
-Hershey’s Spreads Chocolate, about ¼ of a Jar
-10 oz. roasted peanuts
-12 oz. almond bark
-Parchment paper
-Mini cupcake foils
Directions:
1. Melt almond bark in microwave or over a double boiler on the stove. Prep your work space with a long strip of parchment paper.
2. Spoon melted almond bark onto parchment paper, creating one inch circles, creating about six circles at a time. Press a handful of roasted peanuts into each almond bark circle, before they have hardened. Allow the almond bark to cool so that the peanuts stay put.
3. As soon as the peanuts are stiff in the almond bark spread 1 tsp of Hershey’s Spreads Chocolate over the top of the peanuts. Make sure to spread it out evenly so that it is easier to create the peanut clusters.
4. Spoon melted almond bark over the tops of the whole clusters till the chocolate spread and peanuts are entirely covered. Allow peanut clusters to harden.
5. Peel each peanut cluster away from the parchment paper and serve in mini cupcake liners.
Makes 16-18
I may or may not be making a double batch tonight- they’re just so good! I want to share them with everyone I know so I’m even sending some to work with Justin. If you try them, you’ll have to tell me what you think!
