Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

A PROTEIN PACKED FAMILY BREAKFAST

It's actually super easy to make pancake batter at home. When you do, you can add any ingredients you like- including ones that pack a nutritious punch, like potassium filled bananas and peanut butter- filled with protein!

Ingredients

-all-purpose flour -peanut butter powder -sugar -baking powder -baking soda -salt -ripe bananas, mashed -buttermilk -egg -vanilla extract

WHY USE PEANUT BUTTER POWDER? This dish uses Naked PB by Naked Nutrition- named that because their ingredients are out in the open! The only ingredient in this powder is peanuts and not only does it taste great but it's easy to work with and contains a lot of protein!

ARE PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES HEALTHY?  This is definitely a healthier take on a classic breakfast! They do still contain some added sugars, they pack a lot of nutrition as well.
