This time of year, it seems like everyone can be divided into two groups- those who love candy corn, and those who hate it. If you’re a member of the first group, you won’t want to miss this delicious White Chocolate Candy Corn Fudge recipe!
Fudge is typically a treat that’s enjoyed at Christmas- at least, around here it is. But that doesn’t mean that it can’t be made for other holidays! This fudge is packed with TWO of the season’s best bright orange treats as well as white chocolate chips- the perfect compliment to candy corn. This fudge is all treat and no tricks!
White Chocolate Candy Corn Fudge
Ingredients:
3 Cups White Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 Cup Candy Corn
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Candies or Reese’s Pieces
Directions:
Line a 9×9” pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
Melt over medium-low heat until mixture is smooth.
Once it’s smooth, remove from heat and add vanilla.
Stir in a few candy corn and Reese’s pieces and pour immediately into the square pan.
Add the rest of the candy corn and Reese’s Pieces to the top of the fudge.
Let sit until hard or place it in the refrigerator to harden faster.
Once it’s hardened, use a sharp knife to cut into small 1×1” squares.
