It’s summer, which means my kids have one thing on their minds- SNACKS! They wake up wanting snacks and ask for one every five minutes, so sometimes I try to make those snacks fun.
I don’t like making anything too complicated though, since it’s just going to be a few more minutes before they want another snack! These Beach Day Pudding Cups are perfect because they’re simple to make, super adorable, and they’re refreshing on a hot summer day.
Beach Day Pudding Cups
Ingredients:
- Small Plastic Cups
- (2) boxes of Hershey’s White Chocolate Pudding
- Blue Food Coloring
- Vanilla Wafers
- Teddy Grahams
- Swedish Fish
- Round Peppermints
Directions:
- Start by filling a food processor half way with vanilla wafers, and grind up fine. You can also use a sandwich bag and rolling pin.
- Fill each cup up 1/4 of the way with vanilla wafer crumbs.
- Prepare pudding according to box instructions.
- Add about 6 drops of blue food coloring to your prepared pudding and stir well.
- Fill each cup the remainder of the way with blue pudding.
- Add two Teddy Grahams, one Swedish Fish, and a round mint to the top of each pudding cup.
- Refrigerate until ready.
- Serve and enjoy!
