Extreme PB ‘N Cones Milkshake Recipe

One of my absolute favorite food trends as of late is the “Extreme Milkshake”. I’ve been seeing all different kinds pop up on Instagram for months now and last month I even got to try one on vacation!

While an extreme milkshake is definitely a special treat and not an everyday thing, I still didn’t want to have to wait until I went on vacation again for another. Blue Bunny® has a lot of new, inventive flavors this spring so I used one of my favorites to make a delicious extreme milkshake at home!

First I started with the new flavor Blue Bunny® PB ‘N Cones™, which is vanilla ice cream with peanut butter swirls and dipped cone pieces. It’s full of peanut buttery goodness, so I added more of that in the form of peanut butter sauce and peanut butter chips. Then I topped it with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a real cone to go with the bits of cone in the shake!

Extreme PB ‘N Cones Milkshake

1. Add four scoops of Blue Bunny® PB ‘N Cones™ Ice Cream in a blender and add 1/2 cup milk of your choice.

2. Blend until almost smooth but still just a tiny bit lumpy. Add a little more milk- a TBSP at a time- if mixture is too thick.

3. Pour mixture immediately into a glass and drizzle peanut butter sauce all over the ice cream and the glass.

4. Top milkshake with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, peanut butter chips, and an ice cream cone to top it all off!

This milkshake is definitely made to be shared, so make sure you have enough straws for everyone!
