Recipe: French Dip Burgers!

Have you heard of the new Knorr Homestyle Stock yet? I had the opportunity to pick some up this last week & made a yummy French Dip Burgers recipe from their website that I wanted to share with you.

French Dip Burgers

Ingredients:
1 pot Knorr Homestyle Stock- Beef
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 cups water
4 Hamburger Buns
4 Slices Swiss Cheese
 
Instructions:
    1. Combine 1/2 of the Knorr Homestyle Stock Beef with ground beef, shape into 4 patties.
    2. Grill or broil burgers, turning once, until burgers are done.
    3. Meanwhile, bring water & remaining stock to a boil over high heat in 1-liter saucepan.
    4. Reduce heat to low & simmer 2 minutes, stirring until stock is melted.
    5. Pour dipping sauce evenly into 4 small bowls; Place burgers on buns & top with swiss.
    6. Serve with dipping sauce.

 

These burgers were absolutely delish & the dip, which was just the stock & water, was the best part! These burgers will be making their way into our rotation, especially with the cooler weather coming so soon!
