Pressure Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe

This Pressure Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken recipe hits all the right spots- it’s easy to make, it has lots of protein and veggies, and it’s delicious!

Ingredients

– Honey – low sodium soy sauce – low sodium chicken broth – garlic cloves – chicken thighs – Jasmine rice – water – butter – broccoli florets – Olive oil – Salt and Pepper

Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, and chicken broth into pressure cooker and whisk to combine. Add chicken to pot.

Set pressure cooker on high pressure and set to 15 minutes. Be sure to check that your valve is sealed!

While chicken cooks, add water and rice to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, lower heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Once done, fluff with a fork and add butter, then mix well.

While chicken and rice are cooking, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring, until soft and slightly charred.
