Mini  Pumpkin Pies

There is SO much going on in the kitchen on holidays- I like to take shortcuts wherever I can. These Mini Pumpkin Pies are not only perfectly sized and adorable, but they're SUPER easy because they're made with premade cinnamon roll dough!

Ingredients

– 1 8-count package regular cinnamon rolls  – 1 ½ cups pumpkin pie mix – ¼ cup evaporated milk – 1 egg – Flour for rolling
