It doesn't get much easier than using the slow cooker. I love making quick and easy meals in mine throughout the busy fall and winter months.  But did you know that you can BAKE in the slow cooker too? This recipe is so easy!

HOW CAN I PREVENT THE BREAD FROM STICKING TO THE SLOW COOKER? This recipe shows you how to use parchment paper to prevent sticking- and the paper makes it easy to grab the bread, too! If you don't have that, you can use regular non-stick spray.

CAN I USE FRESH PUMPKIN INSTEAD OF CANNED PUMPKIN PUREE? Yes! Using store bought is a lot faster & easier, but you can definitely make your own to use in this recipe. Check out the full post for tips on using your own!
