Easy Nutella  Banana Muffins

NUTELLA BANANA MUFFINS

What's the only thing that can make banana muffins even better? Chocolate!  These muffins include the famous chocolate hazelnut spread for a perfectly sweet combination the whole family will love!

You Will Need:

– 3 medium bananas, mashed – 1/3 cup vegetable oil – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 2 eggs – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 cups flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup Nutella

HOW DO YOU GET REALLY MOIST BANANA MUFFINS? To make sure you have really moist muffins, watch your timing, don't overmix your batter, and be sure to use overripe bananas!

CAN I USE A DIFFERENT SPREAD INSTEAD OF NUTELLA? Yes! Instead of Nutella, you can use peanut butter, almond butter, Biscoff spread {aka cookie butter}, or even fruit preserves or jam. The taste will of course change but the bake time might too so keep an eye out!

CAN I ADD OTHER FRUITS TO THE RECIPE, SUCH AS BLUEBERRIES OR STRAWBERRIES? Yes! Add extra nutrients by adding your favorite fruits to the mix. Just be sure they taste good with chocolate and bananas! Try blueberries or strawberries!

Whether you're making these for a relaxing weekend breakfast at home or for the mad dash out the door in the morning, these will sweeten everyone's day!
