Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Casserole

A perfect breakfast for the holidays!

This easy casserole is perfect for making any morning sweeter- especially holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas! You can even prep it the night before so all you have to do in the morning is stick it in the oven!

Ingredients

– 2 cans cinnamon rolls – 1 cup pumpkin puree – 1 can evaporated milk – ½ cup brown sugar – 3 eggs – 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

CAN I USE FRESH PUMPKIN INSTEAD OF CANNED PUMPKIN PUREE? Yes! I've even included step by step directions in the blog post {swipe to see!}. That said canned pumpkin puree makes this recipe a lot faster!

CAN I ADD NUTS OR OTHER TOPPINGS TO THIS CASSEROLE? Yes! I have a lot of suggestions for making this dish your own on the blog post, but some additions that are delicious include chopped nuts, chocolate chips, and more.
