Nutella Banana  Muffins Recipe

NUTELLA BANANA MUFFINS

Back to school is just around the corner, and one of the things that helps me on school mornings is having easy breakfasts. Muffins are especially great for those first couple of months as we get back into routine as we can take them for the road if we're running late!

Ingredients

– 3 medium bananas, mashed – 1/3 cup vegetable oil – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 2 eggs – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 cups flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup Nutella

HOW DO YOU GET REALLY MOIST BANANA MUFFINS? There are a few key components to moist muffins- including using overripe bananas, making sure not to overmix, and using brown sugar!

CAN I USE A DIFFERENT SPREAD INSTEAD OF NUTELLA? Yes! Instead of Nutella, you can use peanut butter, almond butter, Biscoff spread {aka cookie butter}, or even fruit preserves or jam.

CAN I ADD OTHER FRUITS TO THE RECIPE, SUCH AS BLUEBERRIES OR STRAWBERRIES? Yes! Any fruit that tastes good with bananas will taste good in these muffins.

These muffins are a great way to start your day, whether you're heading to the office or the carpool lane!
