I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for MyYogaWorks. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
Back in the day, before kids, I loved doing yoga. I even took it as a college course! I’m not a very athletic person, but yoga I can totally handle. Not only is it easy enough for anyone to do, but it just makes you feel so good afterwards. I always felt more relaxed for days after taking a yoga class!
I’ve wanted to go back for a long time, but my schedule just doesn’t allow it. Balancing getting child care with Shane’s school schedule & Justin’s work schedule- and soon, having a baby that needs caring for- makes it hard to find a class that fits my schedule. Luckily, I recently discovered MyYogaWorks!
MyYogaWorks offers 500 online yoga classes ranging in length from just 5 minutes up to full classes that are 90 minutes long, so you can find a class that’s perfect for you. &Best of all- you can do them from home! Even if you’ve never done yoga before, there’s something on there for you as the classes range from beginning to advanced and even include specialty classes like prenatal yoga, meditation, and more. I’m looking forward to using their Postnatal &Nap Time Yoga for Moms classes soon!
For a limited time, you can use the coupon code YOGA2014 to receive a free one-month subscription to MyYogaWorks! {Note: It will ask for a credit card to sign up, but you will not be charged until your free promotional period ends. If you aren’t interested in continuing, be sure to cancel!}

My daughter is a big yoga person. I think she’d get a lot of value out of that. She was looking for online workouts at Christmastime.

I love the idea of trying it at home. I’ve heard some embarrassing stories from “older” (I’m not old, but you know what I mean) women about yoga classes. So I think doing them in the privacy of my home would be nice!
