If you’re looking for something yummy to make with your kids this weekend (or just for you!) try one of the recipes below! I’m going to be making them later in the week so I haven’t tried them yet but they look delish. If you make them, let me know how they turn out!

Vegetable oil and eggs (see mix)
(325°F for dark or nonstick pans).
1. Combine chopped cookies and mint patties.
2. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min.
3. Meanwhile, stir food coloring into Cool Whip until well blended.
4. Layer half each of the pudding, Cool Whip and cookie mixture evenly in 12 parfait glasses or dessert glasses.
5. Repeat layers.
6. Refrigerate 30 min.
