If you’ve been following my pregnancy journey at all, you may have noticed that I’ve been sick for a long, long time. I’ll be 19 weeks on Thursday & yet I still have the morning sickness that is supposed to go away by 12 weeks. At this point, I’m pretty much accepting it as part of daily life & instead of just waiting for it to go away, I’m sticking to my tried & true tools to combat symptoms.
One of those tools is ginger ale! More specifically, Seagram’s Ginger Ale since it’s made with real ginger {which is known to help with nausea}. Between the ginger & the cool, carbonated beverage, I have used Ginger Ale to feel better quite a few times! I’m glad that Seagram’s also has 25% fewer calories than other leading brands because I can have one or two without worrying too much about excess calories. &It’s caffeine-free, so it’s safe for both baby and me!
Not only is Seagram’s helpful for combating morning sickness, but it’s just generally delicious. It’s one of Justin’s favorite drinks & he enjoys them all the time! I drink it for the taste sometimes even when I’m not feeling sick, and I know I’ll continue to do that even after the baby is here. If you’ve tried Seagram’s before, you may notice that it’s been reformulated- and it’s better than ever!
I’ve been enjoying the Seagram’s Ginger Ale straight from the can, but it’s great as a base in other drink combinations, too. It’d be a great addition to a punch to give it some fizz or in a mocktail- or even a classic Shirley Temple!

Actually, the funny thing is…I hate ginger ale! I know, I know, I am strange. But my grandmother loves it and drinks it almost every day straight from the fridge to help with nausea from her medical conditions. I am her caregiver and am daily thankful for Gingerale and how much it helps her.
Thank you for hosting this giveaway. I would love to win it for her.
