Recipe: Sweet Garlic & Ranch Chicken Sliders #GiveMeWyngz

You may have noticed my uncharacteristic silence around here & social media lately. Over the weekend, I came down with some kind of plague & I was pretty much in a stuffy-headed fog the whole time. I don’t get sick that often {although this is the second time this season, but I think I got the same thing again} so when I do, it really hits me hard.

On days like that, I can barely get out of bed, let alone cook or clean. That’s why I always like to have some frozen foods ready that can get us through. I always have some Tyson chicken products in my freezer- Shane loves their chicken nuggets & we all love the chicken patties, but we recently tried their brand new offering, Any’tizer Boneless Chicken Wyngz in Sweet Garlic Glazed and Mango Habanero.

Tyson Any'tizers Wyngz

Both varieties are really good and since they’re boneless, they’re perfect for kids & adults alike. The Mango Habanero is a bit much for Shane but I like them, and we all love the Sweet Garlic Glazed Chicken! We have eaten the chicken straight from the bag {after microwaving it for a few minutes, of course} but even though I was sick, I wanted to put together something that took a little effort to make up for my whining all day. That said, I didn’t want it to be too involved since I still wasn’t feeling good, so check out these ridiculously simple sliders I made!

Easy Sweet Garlic and Ranch Chicken Sliders

4 Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
8 Tyson Any’tizer Wyngz in Sweet Garlic Glazed
Shredded Lettuce as desired
Ranch as desired

Microwave Wyngz as directed on package.
Slice a Hawaiian Roll in half to make a bun & add two Wyngz.
Top with Lettuce and Ranch as desired.

Makes 4 Sliders.

Shane loves anything that comes in a bun: hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, etc… so I knew he’d love these sliders! &Justin is a huge fan of the Hawaiian rolls, which have a sweetness to them that really compliment the Sweet Garlic sauce on the chicken.
