I could seriously eat a whole pint of guacamole in one sitting if it didn't have any calories. &Did you know that you can use avocado in place of butter when baking to save calories and add extra nutrition? I am weird about avocados. I like them in salads, and mixed with mayo or even just sliced thin on sandwiches, but that’s the only way! We had a HUGE avocado tree in our backyard, and since we rarely ate them and it was growing through our powerlines, we had it cut down!
