Shane got his very first motorized vehicle this Christmas from his Papa & Nomi {Justin’s parents}. He was super excited about it, but much less excited to actually ride it. In fact, he would only ride it when Daddy pushed him instead of using the pedals because the noise from the motor freaked him out.
So when Justin & I came to pick him up on Sunday {after an open house at our wedding venue & a movie} we were happily surprised to see him riding it! Shane gets anxious about stuff a lot so whenever he faces his fears, it warms my Mommy heart.

I am so glad to hear he overcame this fear! These toys are so much fun! My boys had them, and my grandkids have them too. They help with independence I think!

That’s great!! It’s hard to push kids to get over their fears, but in the long run, it’s better for them (and us!). He looks like he is enjoying the car now!
