Review & Giveaway: Lisa Loeb’s “No Fairy Tale”

I remember the first time I heard Lisa Loeb. I was 7 years old & I was on a super exciting trip to visit my Grandpa in California- I thought it was so thrilling because we got to stay at a hotel that had a TV in it, which apparently is a big deal to an 8 year old. Unfortunately, that TV didn’t get any kid shows but it DID get VH1, and so I spent two days watching a music videos. I watched Lisa Loeb’s Stay {I Missed You} video no less than 10 times that week {probably much more} and even though little 7 year old me knew nothing of the meaning of the song, I fell in love with it.

Now, Lisa Loeb has several more hit songs & six albums under her belt. &Just this week she released her seventh album called “No Fairy Tale”! Including partnerships with artists such as Hello Goodbye and co-produced by Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory, this new album has Loeb’s typical “poppy-punky-rock” sound {their words, but the perfect description} that I grew to love so long ago.
