Plan for Anything with the Martha Stewart Home Office with Avery Discbound Notebook System!

Over the last few months, a lot of my time has been dedicated to planning my wedding. Even though I chose an “all-inclusive” venue, there is still so much to do! I obviously don’t want to miss something really important so I’ve been keeping a running to-do list at all times.

The problem? That to-do list is everywhere. On my phone, on my computer, on post-it notes, in emails I’ve sent myself at 3am while trying to fall asleep… really, everywhere. I was trying to remember to update a Word doc with the list every so often, but it wasn’t really working for me. For as much as I do on the computer, I am still a pen-to-paper kind of girl. It really helps things to stick in my mind when I write them out, and I like having one central location for all of the information I need.

discbound notebooks

So when I had the chance to review the new Martha Stewart Home Office with Avery Discbound Notebook, I could tell it’d be the perfect wedding planner! It’s a completely customizable system that easily allows you to add exactly what tools you need for your purpose. Whether you’re using it as a notebook for school or work, a baby journal, a household notebook or planning an event like me, there are a variety of tools that you can add to make the notebook perfect for your needs!

Martha Stewart Discbound Notebook System

First you start with the notebook itself, which comes in solids & patterns in both black and “Martha Stewart Blue” {which, oddly enough, is very, very similar to my wedding color!}. I was sent the black one, but I actually prefer that since it’s more versatile & will be easy to repurpose after the wedding. Each notebook also comes with 60 {removable} pages.

Martha Stewart Task Notebook

Then the fun begins! You can check out all of the notebook accessories to see what you need. They have including task list pads, plastic dividers, and even calendars. &Should you find yourself needing more space, they do sell discbound expansion discs and additional filler paper.

Discbound tabs

Adding these items in is completely easy. They all have tabs on the side that pop right in with the discs. When I first looked at it, it didn’t seem like it’d be secure since it reminds me of a three-hole punched paper that was ripped out. But the tabs secure around the discs easily once pushed in & even if you drop this, nothing is going anywhere. {I tested this for you by accident. You’re welcome.}

My perfect combination has actually been using all of the accessories- I took some pages out of the task pad {I didn’t need all of them at once} and popped those in the front to keep track of what I need to do. I added the dividers to the pages to make for easy access to different things that I need to organize, such as expenses, guests’ RSVP’s, and details for vendors. I don’t have the calendar insert yet, but I will be ordering it shortly since it would make a great addition- with out-of-town guests flying in on all different days, deadlines for fittings & meetings with various people, I have a lot to keep track of!

Whether you need a full organizing system or just a really pretty & sturdy notebook, be sure to check out the Martha Stewart Home Office for Avery line, exclusively online & at Staples!

Note: I received the items mentioned to facilitate this review. All experiences are authentic & all opinions are my own.
