Recipe: French Fry Nachos

It’s football season, and you know what that means- delicious snacks! But it doesn’t have to stop there- most snacks can actually be turned into a real dinner with just a few adjustments. Whether your go-to is chicken wings, the veggie tray or the nachos, now is the time to experiment with some fun new recipes- especially ones that are quick & easy and allow you to get back to the game {or rather, back to Pinterest if you’re like me}.

I like nachos, but there isn’t usually much nutritional benefit to them. They’re usually just chips smothered in processed cheese. I decided to make my own version that included lots of veggies and real cheese, and I used Ore-Ida Golden Crinkles fries for the main ingredient instead of the chips. All three of us loved these {Shane had his without all of the toppings though} and they were so easy I barely had to do anything!
