Nature’s Sleep Faux Down Pillow Review

I cosleep, so our bed is pretty full. We have a queen sized bed that I share with Justin and Shane- and at some point in the middle of the night, Bella ends up jumping up & falling asleep at the foot of the bed, too. I love our arrangement, but it’s not always the most comfortable.

It didn’t help that I was sleeping on an old, beat up pillow. The stuffing was almost all gone & what was left was all bunched up into one spot. Over the summer, it got really bad, and I realized I needed a new pillow. I didn’t want to buy another $10 pillow that would do the same thing quickly, but I couldn’t bring myself to buy one of the more expensive ones without trying it to make sure it was worth the money- and I wasn’t about to lay down to take a nap at Target. So when I had the chance to review a pillow from Nature’s Sleep I was ecstatic!

I had a choice between three pillows, but went with the faux down pillow because it was recommended for those who sleep on their side or stomach- both of which I do each night. I wanted a pillow that was soft enough to be flexible when I changed positions but that was hard enough to actually give me some support and the faux down pillow is exactly that pillow!

Sometimes I feel like Goldilocks when it comes to pillows- one is too hard, one is too soft, but until now none had really been just right. This one has micro-gel fibers in it that give it some structure while still being very soft.

I love that the pillow is naturally hypo-allergenic and I love that it’s faux down {especially since I love down pillows but they make me sneeze}. One of my favorite things is that the pillow is that it’s machine washable & dryer-safe so you can clean it easily.

Since getting this pillow, I have been waking up without neck aches & have been falling asleep much, much faster as it doesn’t take me a half hour to get comfortable. The only problem? It’s harder to force myself out of bed in the morning because it’s a bit too comfortable!
