I love Costco. They have almost all of the brands that I use daily & their prices are amazing. I love stocking up on pantry items & cleaning supplies- right now I have a supply of granola bars to last me through the winter!
They have amazing deals on non-pantry foods, too, like produce and meats. In fact, every week in October they’ve been highlighting one type of pork and putting it on sale- even beyond their already low prices.
This week’s sale item is Whole Boneless Pork Loin, which is $2.50 off. Whole Boneless Loin is good for just about any pork recipe and is low in fat but plenty flavorful! You can roast is as a festive centerpiece, stuff it with flavorful ingredients or break it down into chops. {And, since the USDA just reduced the temperature guideline for pork loins, chops & roasts from 160 to 145 degrees F, cooking with pork is now even juicer and more flavorful than ever!} Check out the video below for more inspiration for cooking with this particular cut:
This Friday, October 26 at 2pm EST is the #PorkParty where you can get some more great ideas for holiday cooking , entertaining and more! They’ll be giving away five prize packs including a punch bowl, wine stopper, placemat chalk boards, place mats, napkins, a serving platter, and coupons for pork! You can check out the invite for more info & to RSVP! {I’ll be there, so if you go make sure to say hello!}

Win It: One lucky reader is going to win a $50 Costco gift card to pick up some pork for their holiday entertaining! Just enter using the simple form below- good luck!

Note: I was compensated for my work on this campaign. All experiences are authentic & all opinions are my own.
