As a parent, my life is very busy. Whether I’m cooking, cleaning, driving to play dates, appointments, etc. my day is jam-packed. Some days, I don’t even have time to make myself lunch and instead just have a quick granola bar- which of course leads to me being extra hungry by dinner time & having seconds! If this sounds familiar & you’re trying to lose weight, you should check out Diet-to-Go!
Available in three different menus {vegetarian, low fat, & low carb}, Diet-to-Go is a diet delivery service that offers you a week’s worth of meals that are already prepared for you. All you need to do is heat & eat! &The best part is, they’re made with fresh ingredients instead of shelf-stable or frozen items so they taste great. Not surprisingly, they were recently rated the #1 diet delivery company by Epicurious!
When you’re living a super busy life, it seems way easier to just pull through the drive-thru on the way home and load up. But if you already have a yummy, healthy, pre-made dinner waiting for you at home- there’s bound to be less temptation. &With all the time you save not cooking or cleaning up, you could even find time to fit in some exercise!
I recently tried the Vegetarian menu from Diet-to-Go and was pleasantly surprised! While I don’t eat beef, pork or seafood and was afraid I’d get those items on the other plans, I was equally worried about what I’d get with the Vegetarian option. I thought it’d be just big bowls of vegetables, which can be yummy but wasn’t going to keep me from raiding the pantry. What I got though was real food- just vegetarian style. For example, one of the breakfasts was blueberry pancakes with soy sausage! {Check out the sample menu below- that’s the vegetarian menu!}
The meals really don’t make you feel like you’re restricting yourself from anything since you can still eat things like pasta & breadsticks, so it makes it easy to stick to the meals & not try to supplement with burgers & fries.
Diet-to-Go is the most inexpensive fresh diet delivery service on the market. There are no contracts or commitments so you can just try one week’s worth & you don’t have to reorder if you aren’t feeling it. If you’re really unhappy, they do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but based on my experience I really don’t think you’ll need that!

I just took their Diet assessment online, really great site, look forward to trying their product.
Wow, that looks like really good food! I’ve always been afraid to do one of those diets where they send you the food because it never looks as yummy in person as it does on the website. But this one does!
