I LOVE chips. A lot. So much, in fact, that I don’t keep them in the house unless I’m going to have a big group of people over to help me eat them because otherwise I’ll finish the whole bag. Myself. In 2 days.
Since I’m trying to lose weight on Nutrisystem, there’s no room in my life to be binging on chips. But if you’ve ever tried to quit something cold turkey, you know how impossible that can be. I’m a chip-aholic, too, and can’t have them in the house for the same reason. (Wish I’d remembered this yesterday before buying a bag of Doritos and can of bean dip, because I am SO paying for it today.)
The Smart Pop bags are perfect for dieters, and for kids, too! My son will devour an entire bag of popcorn, regardless of the size. With some brands, even something as seemingly healthy as microwave popcorn can really add up in calories and fat. We buy the Smart Pops so he can have a whole bag to himself without going overboard calorie-wise. (Also, so *I* have something healthier than chips to eat!)
