Did you know that today, October 6, is National Noodle Day? {I admit, I totally didn’t until this year!} Well PF Chang’s knows about this little known holiday & wants to help you celebrate this year!
PF Chang’s Home Menu frozen entree selections feature robust sauces, marinated meats, and- my personal favorite- unique “noodle nests” that unravel in the skillet midway through cooking as the flavor packed sauce coats them! Each entree is the perfect amount for 2 people {in fact, I was downright stuffed after finishing my meal!} and there are four NEW flavors to choose from:
Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles – White meat chicken with a savory garlic sauce, bell peppers, bok choy and yakisoba noodles
Pepper Steak with Chow Fun Noodles – Steak with a sweet and peppery sauce, bell peppers, onions and chow fun noodles
Grilled Chicken Teriyaki with Lo Mein Noodles – Grilled chicken with a teriyaki sauce, pineapple, red bell peppers, onions and lo mein noodles
Firecracker Shrimp with Yakisoba Noodles – Lightly battered shrimp with spicy sauce, carrots, edamame, onions and yakisoba noodles
With our busy weeknights, I’m always looking for ways to cut down on time spent cooking so that I can spend more time with Shane & Hubby. These meals take an average of 13 minutes to cook- and all that’s involved is occasional stirring, so you can even squeeze in quality time while cooking!
&While we’ve tried quite a few frozen meal options that have tasted, well, like frozen food- these are not like them. The meats weren’t soggy at all, there was just the right amount of sauce, and the veggies were crisp & yummy! I started with a bed of white rice and added the Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles on top and it was delicious! &Hubby was happy because he loves Asian food and I never make it because I don’t know how. It was a total win-win.

Have you tried PF Chang’s Home Menu? What do you think? If not, what flavor do you want to try?

Susie’s Note: I received a tasting kit to facilitate my review. All opinions are my own. Happy National Noodle Day!

I’ve tried two of the noodle dinners and the orange chicken in the regular style, and they are phenomenal!
