Remember last month when I gave away a super awesome Olivia prize pack? Well, this month it’s the boys’ {&those train-loving girls’!} turn!
Shane has recently taken a severe liking to trains, and Thomas in particular. Every time Thomas comes on Sprout he yells “CHOO CHOO!” so loud it scares the dog and immediately runs to collect all of the various trains he owns. Even now, he’s behind me as I type playing with his “choo choo” on the futon. So we’re really excited for this month’s Kidtoons movie, Thomas: Hero of the Rails!
See Thomas & Friends™ like never before in this new action-packed movie. Follow Thomas as he discovers Hiro, an abandoned engine from a faraway land. Fearing that Hiro will be scrapped, Thomas enlists the help of many friends, but mishaps, mistakes and one boastful engine could foil their rescue plans. Watch and find out if they can work together to help their new friend in the most heroic movie of the year!
If you’re unfamiliar with Kidtoons, they feature a family movie in tons of movie theaters nationwide- all presented as matinées so that the whole family can go! Every month, they play a new family feature, and this month it’s Thomas!
Check the theater list here to see where you can catch this movie event!
&Even better? This month, in honor of Father’s Day, Kidtoons has a coupon for buy one, get one free tickets! Click here to get yours {along with a super cute coloring page!}
Now one lucky {Not Quite} Susie Homemaker reader is going to win a Thomas prize pack! Hooray! The pack contains:
-1 Thomas Train
-1 Toby Train
-1 Kidtoons Flashlight
-1 Thomas: Hero of the Rails poster

6 Days Left

The first movie I took my oldest to was the Polar Express. He was so into the movie, he got up in my lap and was so into watching what was happening on the screen. I started to feel something warm and wet on my legs. I realized that he had pee-pee in his pants. I looked at him and said, “Do you need to go to the bathroom?” “No,” he said, “I’ve already gone!” We just let him finish the movie and went home with wet pants!
Now my youngest is just getting into Thomas and we would love to win the prize package!

We haven’t taken our son to the movies yet, but my first movie was The Lion King. It terrified me as a child. I had a much better experience with my second movie Toy Story!
Well it just so happens that I took my daughter who is 4 to her first movie. It was Panda 2. I know you posted this was for the boys, but I gotta say my daughter loves Thomas and she would jumping with joy if mommy won this for her. So thanks for letting me submit our entry.
I took my oldest daughter to her first movie at six weeks. We took her to see Robots. To this day, it is still one of her favorite movies! My younger daughter’s first movie experience, at around 8 months old, was UP!
I haven’t taken him yet, but I’m in hopes for it to be the new Cars movie

I think the first movie we took them to see was “Cars”.
I “Like” Kidtoons on Facebook.
It’s been years ago, probably a Disney movie.
I just invited my friends and their young son to a PBS Dinosaur Train event at Griffith Park.
I was Curious George.
The first movie we saw with our son was Cars. He was only 2 and I think my hubby was more into it than he was. He did enjoy the chairs though.
Wall E was the first movie we took our oldest to. Haven’t taken the 2 year old yet!
Thanks!

I haven’t taken my child to the theater just yet. I don’t want to be “that” person in the audience with an unruly and disruptive child. lol I imagine once she can sit still for more than five minutes at a time, we will go see a movie together.
Our first movie was the sneak preview of Cars2! We lasted about an hour, and then autism took over! Booo!
