Every Sunday, I take a couple of hours to prepare my family and my household for the week ahead. There are some tasks that I can spend just a few hours doing one day a week that make a huge difference in our week! One of the biggest ones is meal planning!
Why meal plan? There are so many reasons that meal planning can help a family. It eliminates the “what should we have for dinner?” conversation every night, it means less last-minute trips through the drive-through, and it means that you can get all your shopping done in one grocery trip! {Even better- use this free printable grocery list to help make shopping a breeze!}
Whether you’ve been meal planning for years or you’re just getting started, the free printable below should help you out. It has a place to write down meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each day of the week- and even has a notes area at the bottom for jotting down things you may have run out of.
Here for the old version? You can still download the less beautiful version of my meal planner down below in both color and black and white! Just click on the photos {or links} below to download your choice of meal planner.
